Thank you for this video, it's funny how i was waiting for 5 pro, but as soon as I saw the price, I went for the ps5 slim (the other is not available anymore on Sonys website), it cost me 530(plus tax) and it's coming tomorrow. I've been wanting one for 3 years now and I'm glad I don't have to wait till November:))

This Christmas 2024 I’ll be getting a PlayStation 5 slim console I truly can’t wait been waiting patiently to get PS5, I since I’m a OG on disk drives I buy PS5 disk drive for add on along with extra dullshock controller, anyway this some great advice on this video.

I have always liked PlayStation. I got a PS1 shortly after it released. When PS2 came out I stood in line and didn't get one. I ended up upgrading my PC with a new GPU. I never had a PS2. When PS3 came out it was during my broke years. Sleeping on friends couches, constantly moving. I pretty much gave up playing games. PS4 came out and I got one in '14. Although PS5 is my preferred console next to Nintendo, it's really a lackluster generation.

I have a slim and it’s great other than the fan being absolutely horrendous
Got it on March 12 2024 and it’s been loud since then and I should’ve sent it back to Amazon but I wasn’t being smart I just wanted to play TLOU and Spider Man

I bought the Phat because it has slightly better cooling like you said, i prefer cooling than storage but honestly, if my Ps5 broke; I would get a probably the pro.

I just bought my 1st PS5 Slim Edition w/ the Disc ($499 Walmart) & have it in my small apartment.
I can't hear any fan or disc noises or any heat.
It runs nice & cool while laid down vertical.
I checked when updating & running larger games like, Red Dead Redemption, etc.
