I actually really like my Hisense TVs, but the cheaper one I have has had this wifi issue before. I haven't had any issues with the more expensive one. Best TVs I've had so far.

This might be just for newer TVs (mine was purchased in 2022), but there's also a network reset option in the advanced system settings. That may help some people. Mine still won't work though, no matter what I do.

I unplugged my set for a full 30 seconds, normally enough for most electronic devices. But as per your suggestion of a full 60 seconds unplugged, I was able to finally connect to my wifi. Thank You!!😊

Oh my gosh thank you so much for this lol I don't know why I didn't think of unplugging it for a minute like I would the modem... it immediately connected and worked... 🤦🏼‍♀️👌
EDIT: Well. That lasted 20min. It has now disconnected and gone back to timing out when I try to connect to the network... Guess I'll try the other methods.

Before you factory reset your tv, you can try resetting your network connection on the tv’s system settings. That worked for me
