Guys, I tried these steps multiple times and it worked.

Step 1 - Remove the power from the socket.
Step 2 - Press the TV power button for 30 seconds (Not in remote, It should be on the TV)
Step 3 - Connect the TV directly to the socket after 60 seconds and turn it on.


If it doesn't work, try it for 3-4 times.

Also, check the number of times the power light blinks, it indicates what cause the problem.

My case, it was 3 times and after repeating the procedure it was 5 times. And the next time it went on.

Too bad hisense has this black screen problem with their TVs. Up until I lost my image, I was very satisfied with hisense for the excellent picture quality and affordable price.

Tried all of these - nothing. Still just turns on with a black back light screen and nothing. Won’t do anything when anything on the remote is pressed expect power on & off when pressed on.

Juan preciate the help...woke up this morning and turned on the TV...it was working til it went black...unplugged it and everything...then the method of unplugging and hard resetting with the power button worked

I brought this TV November 2019 N it has a black screen and won't turn on. I have changed the batteries. Turned it off for 60 seconds tried to change the outlet nothing works. I won't ever buy another TV with Hi Sense on it I only had this 58 inch Roku TV for 2 in a half years. It's not a good brand from the look at all the comments with the Same issue it's not worth having it repaired might as well get another television. This is too much money for such a short time. I am so disappointed.

I just purchased a Hisense 4K Roku tv 75 inches not even 1 year ago and the lights already broke it’s up on the wall so not like we did anything to break them smh that crazy how a 800$ tv can break like that
