Armin thank you Fr giving me great clarity on what I'm facing, I'm constantly having to finance the business, and the key person is no longer committed, and we are dealing with clients s money, it's an insurance company, we are behind with payments with our underwriter, my fear is to what will happen if we have a claim we're will the money come from.thank u.

I am not wanting to close my business - I am just wanting to close an aspect of my business. I currently operate a catering, private chef, and meal prep business. My caterings and private chef parts are doing really well but the meal preps - not so much and I am losing so much money doing the meal preps. I am wanting to close the meal preps and instead start a virtual kitchen, learning from my meal prep mistakes. My worry is how to inform the meal prep customers that I do have that this is something that has to be done?

I've been trying to grow an ecom store for 2-3 years now and every month I put my own money in to pay the outgoings (not even paying for itself yet). The website sells 1 product within the biking niche and I just can't generate enough to launch another product. I have done courses on SEO to optimise the website and make it more appealing. The business is active on social media and it's growing on facebook but sales aren't. I have recently left a 9 - 5 job to setup on my own doing the same thing so I have that business as well. I'm thinking it's time to call it a day soon :/ There are big companies which sell the same part under there own brand and seem to dominate. The aim was to reinvest all profits into more products but it's just not going anywhere. I feel the £50/month could go elsewhere right now

Hi there; just had a question. I started my business 5 years ago in wedding decorations, and i have a great reputation, people love our work. We even got an award for best wedding decorator.

But the problem is that staff are hard to find because we work during the night, and people dont want to work late for small amounts of money.

The lack of staff means i have to do all the work, also i am now pregnant and i also have 5 year old and the only person that can help is husband.
We work so hard and we’re still struggling to save enough money to do anything.

Also its hard to charge more because competition, so im not making much money and i tried everything 🥲 but i love my floral business so much.

I dunno what to do, i would love it to work but i feel so tired now esp due to being a mum. I just wish someone smarter than me can look at the business and tell me what to do.

I did hire someone to understand the business but he found it so hard he didn’t even finish his job.

Shall i stick it out? Or shall just give up on my dream? X
