Bro i had one similar to the kneeling down one, but we didnt have to have our hand up, we either had to beg or bow, but still we had to kneel

We have Assembly Humiliation at our high school. If students talk during assemblies, a teacher will make them stand up from their seats which severely embarrassed them. We must also stay standing up for a prolonged time or until assembly is finished. Standing up at assembly is really embarrassing as you have so many eyes on you.

I haven't got any of those punishments when I was little I couldn't imagine myself punished so yeah I tried so hard not to.
