i have general dark theme with a turqoise accent colour on windows 10 but file explorer remains 90% dark and there's an annoying white on white text /highlight problem that make its so difficult to read .. mostly the address bar in windows explorer

OK Guys, I have WIN10(x64) an hour and a half(After UPgrade to Vers.1809) going in Circles GOT Click Desktop/Personalize/Click on Left COLORS/Scroll DOWN to "Choose your DEFAULT APP Mode"/Click Box

Not a File Explorer theme, just a file access app that allows you to change its theme through "Default App Mode". Cute, but not anywhere as usable as a real FE theme mod... sorry hun :'(
