Thanks dude I used .AVI format and the video was horrible i always wondered why it happened and i tried MPEG-2 it's so great.... now i can upload my video in to youtube!!!!

.AVI is generally lossless. For something like After Effects you use .AVI if you are going to have to open up and edit the video later. That way you retain quality and you can render it as MP4 or what not later.

That's why it looks the same because your resolution is already at 720p. So I would reccommend you keep using the same rendering settings if you use 1080p it will be blurry.

Change the "Profile Type" to "Standered Quality" at the bottom of the list

Interesting. I took the same camcorder clip, original mp4 file is 130mb. Produced into WMV, it took 2 min 52 and file size ended up as 52mb. Did the same in H264 m2ts, took 1 min 20 and 85mb. No decernable quality difference on playback. So looks like it may be worth longer production time to save upload size waiting time.

Avc is 1080p HD just to say but u can put it down to 720 if you wish

Thats all i use for my youtube show is 1440 by 1080 wmv

how for example if the audio is too long compare to the video, i need to match with the same length! what button is it? thanks

@SonicHakeem AVI will compress a bit less, which is why he says it takes up more memory.

So AVI should be quality work, but will take up much more file space and the compression of mp4 and mp2 are so good you wont notice any difference from avi, so avi really is pointless.
