Hey everyone! In this video, we create a simple and amazing gluten free 100% plant based sugar cookie recipe. I just altered a recipe from Anthony Williams AKA Medical Medium's blog, I just removed the oil, and used coconut sugar instead of maple sugar. He has a bunch of healthy recipes if you are looking for more of those on his website/blog.

- 1 1/3 cup of blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 t of alcohol free vanilla
- a few tablespoons of coconut sugar
