It has been nicknamed the exact word fallacy. The idea being if you can't find the exact words in the exact way wanted then it isn't true. It would technically be a form of non-sequitur.

Another argument for this is
Our lord said to his disciples when he was on this earth that he chose them to spread his word which means what they spread is true. ( a prophet can't lie in Islam)

Even according to that Demand Falacy we have an instance where JESUS says that. I'll admit he doesn't say it directly but when he says, "I am the way.." that tells me he is God because God is THE Way. And Jesus answers that he is THE Way
