Absolute perfection. I cant believe Hayden was given a hard time for this role in the past. The man was dedicated and brilliant! We couldnt have asked for a better Anakin.

This is outrageous! It's unfair! How can you be a total badass and not have your fight scenes left uncut?

The part where Anakin lets go of the lightsaber and catches it with his other hand, amazing.

This is simply beautiful. It shows just how dark Anakin was getting and how much better he got between AotC and RotS. Burning his eye?? Damn!! Also, the dodging Dooku’s lightsaber cut and recatching his own was smooth af!!

while it is said multiple times and shown pretty well, this would really nail home the fact that anakin is one of the best lightsaber duelists in the order. he is not only keeping up with dooku but he is outwitting him mid-battle and performing very visually pleasing and complex moves. that "let go" thing he did is very much in character for him, in addition to the fact that he burned dooku's eye here.

this 58 second light saber duel was better then any of the Rey vs kylo Ren duels

0:47 This move is actually genius, because it shows that Anakin learned from his previous encounter(s) with Dooku and knows how to not get another of his hands chopped off. Too bad they didn't add this choreography to the movie.

0:27 I really like this shot setting up the moment later where he tries this against Obi-Wan and gets his limbs severed for it. It shows how arrogant and overconfident Anakin has become, showing off just for the sake of it.

This is some seriously great choreography

Hayden is so GREAT! God damn it. He moves like he is a real lightsaber fighter. And the fact that he is doing all this choreography by himself is obsolete nuts. Really great job.

anyone notice how anakin jumps over dooku in 0:28 same way he jumps over obiwan on mustafar ? that wouldve been PERFECT foreshadowing if that was added in the movie

A lot of people are commentating on the moment when Anakin drops the saber (and with good reason), but I love the blade lock where Anakin pushes his saber into Dooku's face. It shows the sheer overwhelming physical power Anakin's style had, even before he became Vader. Vader didn't have a totally different dueling style to Anakin, it just emphasized what was already there.

Hayden’s job on the choreographies are pure and perfect! I think he was the best actor in the SW universe.
