There's 1 difference that may or may not signal a change.
After every lower high we made a lower low followed by a higher high then lower low.
The last fractal made a lower high followed by a higher low then higher high and currently another higher low so that's 2 higher highs and 2 higher lows so our current fractal is actually different then the last 3
I'm bearish but the current fractal may be different, and it's also on the 2 sigma anchored vwap from market top and 4300 is possible as long as 3800 holds.

Hey there wanted to fill you in on what I read. When a bank fails they then sell the assets to first pay people over the 250K FDIC. It typically is over 90 cents on the dollar and unless something strange is up with sivbs books would have likely been that high again, so not close to a complete wipe over 250K but more like 90ish cents on the dollar over 250K
