I have two go-to-dressings that don't need a blender either. I recently moved to a new home and currently can't use my kitchen a lot yet, so I make these all the time for my salads

1)EASY TAHINI DRESSING
2 TB Tahini + 2 TB lemon juice (more or less, depending on how liquid your tahini is) + salt to taste + optional: water as needed (depending on how thick you like it) + optional: 1-2 TB nutritional yeast (you will want to use more water if you include that probably)

2) EASY YOGURT DRESSING
About 1/2 cup plantbased yogurt (you can use raw yogurt of course if you want to keep it fullyraw) + 1 tsp lemon juice + salt to taste + 1 tsp minced dill (fresh or dried both work well) + 1 tsp chives (I prefer dried for this but if you only have fresh, it'll probably be okay, make sure to mince) + a few dashes of black pepper or up to 1/4 tsp, salt to taste + optional: a few dashes of smoked paprika + optional: 1-2 TB nutritional yeast (you may wanna thin out with a little water again if you use this) + optional: more savory spices you may like in this (e.g. sometimes I use a tiny bit of turmeric, ginger, chervil, lovage, fresh parsley, garlic fresh or powdered, etc - kind of whatever you like, except I find basil does NOT work with this one, nor super sweet ones obviously)

:) :) :)

Delicious looking dressings! I will try them all:) I've been making my own dressing for a few years now. Fave combo is 1/2 cup organic hemp seeds, 1/2 cup cold pressed organic olive oil, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, juice of 1/2 of a lemon, 2 Tbsp raw tahini or raw almond butter, 1/2 medium raw beet chopped, 1/2 of a zucchini squash chopped, 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt, 1 bunch cilantro. Throw it all in the Vitamin until creamy. Lasts about 5 days. Blessings to you, Gillian, and your family! xoxo

I love the tahini sauce! I discovered it when i went to Lebanon, it's a traditional dressing in the Middle-East named 'Tarator'.
The Green Goddess looks amazing, I will try it Insha Allah (means: with God's Will)

making fresh salade dressings not only tastes better, but working with fresh ingredients is working with nature...its like gardening in the kitchen ~ good for eye health and mental well being...
inorder to get full Vit.C value, when blending peel lemons and add whole with pips...most of the Vit.C is in the white skin around tge segments, pips have value to.
i recently tried blending half a cup walnuts, a bit of whatever greens available, half medium lemon, olive oil, salt
so yum✨️👌🏻
walnuts are fruit and fresh + protein.
