He told Violet he'd killed her, but claimed it was a mercy killing and that she had asked him to do it. Later he admitted that she had been abusive to him and that's why he killed her."

literally had a stress induced nose bleed while stuck in traffic trying to cross the border, no tissues or anything in my car or any room to pull over, brand new white sleep token shirt got blood on it (mom worked her magic and got it clean the next day), but a paramedic vehicle drove by and somehow they saw me on the ground by my car, and one of them brought me a nose clamp and a big cotton towel, I'm forever thankful for that guy

I ended up being stuck in traffic for 3 hours total which was lovely

Similar happened to my daighter. She got so irritated with my nephew that her nose busted and bled for 3 hours straight until I took her to urgent care. Her blood pressure was so high that she pulled an anime move and busted a vessel. 😂

Therapists are not allowed to tell you what decisions you should make. They are supposed to help you improve your mindset so that you can do these things on your own. Really grateful for my therapist. She showed me my job was burning me out and I was needing to leave without ever telling me to leave or even using the word leave.

No professional therapist is ever going to tell their client what to do. They’re never going to say “leave that person” there’s many a ways they will get you to do what you need to do on your own without them telling you what to do.

I know its tough, but never fight for someone who doesnt want to fight for you. If they are walking away, you arent helping herself by begging them to stay. You should never plead or beg for someone to want to be with you. Let them go. Find someone who fights to be by your side

Honestly, this doesn't show enough of the story. Too often people jump to divorce when problems come up, but it doesn't mean the marriage isn't sustainable. But also if her husband really wants to leave there's no point holding on.
