US Vice President Kamala Harris’ "habit of laughing" whenever there’s pressure on her has certainly “jarred with people around the world,” according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.

It comes after Ms Harris laughed when she was questioned about America accepting Ukrainian refugees at a media conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda.

“With such a feeble president in office, it is so worrying that Kamala Harris is so green when it comes to diplomacy she had to look at her notes to say where she was,” Mr Kenny said.

“Oh dear. Just remember, as they say, she is just one heartbeat away from the White House.”
