The breathing techniques have actually helped when I practiced them 2 minutes a day each. At moments i'm supposed to be angry my mind just skips that emotion and just carries me to calmness and I have noticed this happen 3 times in a 2 week period so far.

Things to do :
Don't read this if you don't have consistency or strong mentality

• Don't have your interest in anything/anybody.

i dont like being cruel to myself but i will take that advice. as well as other advice.

i got a 4 hour learning method/guide thats perfect, for the brain, for numerous physical and mental things, the best possible learning agenda, perfectly adjusted to the human as a whole. it takes 3.5 to 4 hours, you need to make a video about meditation, Blurting, the Whole-Part-Whole method (look at the whole, take a part of it and work out getting bigger and back to the whole), the feynmann techniqe, mindmapping, the pomodore time management method, the gap effect (within this method its every 12 minutes a rest where u close your eyes and feel your breathing as to reset the neurons in your brain so they can fire later. every time at the 12th minute in the middle of a pomodoro)

after u did this, explain the agenda but u need to know every method used in it first as is it beneficial to understand why this agenda gives such an unfair advantage to learning new things. if u can maintain focus within the pomodoros (25 min periods) stop using the gap effect since the pomodoro is doing its job.
between every pomodoro, do a break of 5 minutes, dont check your phone or anything else, just look if someone called u and then eat or drink something, meditate for 3-5 minutes (depends on if u eat and check your phone)
every morning take creatine and every evening take 200 mg of high quality magnesium. that enhances the brains functionality

Also a tip; Do not over do the breathing part, it makes u clam but it will also make you sleepy if you use that technique when you’re not anxious.
