Hi Aunty Sim, I bought my Khind black garlic fermenter recently & it is currently going through its 1st round. After it started fermenting & has about 208 hours to go I noticed the temperature was at 72 on the first day & slowly gone up till 77. But on the 4th & 5th day, I noticed its only 50-51 degrees.

After 2 days or so being at 50ish, the tempreture goes back to 70-71.

Do you experience the same thing with your machine?
