This is just like Avi to do. He’s an incredibly smart individual. The additional funny thing is when he competed years ago he could bench over 500lbs so this is him now not even training and still being the WR holder. Good on ya man for standing up and making a point. Haven’t seen ya in a while buddy but this made me laugh.

I wrestled in high school. I was decent, won provincials once. One of the girls on my team was a national champion in the same weight class. She sometimes trained with me because none of the girls gave her any real resistance. Good training for her to go against someone stronger.I had to go at about 30-50% so I didn't just overpower her and pin her in a few seconds. Men are built different and the difference is not small.
