I'm not a fan of Chris Christie for a variety of reasons, but I appreciate the besties bringing him on for a discussion all the same. Robust conversation even with those with whom we may disagree is sorely needed more than ever.

P.S. Acknowledging and balancing the federal budget is absolutely needed, so Chris Christie's prior work on budgeting (despite the personal hit that he initially took for that with his approval rating) is something that I can definitely appreciate and respect. In reality, no one candidate is going to be perfect, that's why it's so essential to hear from all of them. Thank you again, besties!

Wow. What a refreshing interview.

Christie is clearly not a black or white thinker— he is practical and pragmatic and won’t be boxed in politically or ideologically. This is someone who can work across the aisle to get things done. If republicans could actually nominate him, this is someone who could win the general.

Great work on the interview guys— this format really works because it lets us see HOW people think, not just rewarding cheap sound bytes.
