I just dusted off my 360x3 to try it out again I don't think mine is very good or has a problem it was one of the first from China had several lock ups or blue screens of frozen death when switching on. I thought it was the supplied free micro sd card so upgraded but the images just seem fuzzy no covers no scratches on lens
I will do this update and try again and have a play failing this I will contact customer services to return it under the extended warranty . Sad for a new camera toy to sit in my camera bag to be unused and unloved from the day bought it nearly a year ago coming up and awaited delivery.
I think I will not be the only one whom purchased and have been disappointed with it and it's reliability.. ?

Viewfinder still isn't full res and the workaround is to export the edit data to the desktop app? Seems clunky at best.

Rich, thanks for another informative video explaining the latest updates. Love that Insta360 continually update the features on their cameras - I have a Go2 and an Insta 360 One X2. I’m about to sell the One X2 and buy the X3 - mostly for larger screen (easier to see menus & options etc!) and the fact the buttons on the front will be easier to use when I’m cycling. Any early rumours of the next hardware update to the X3 (I know it only came out last year)?? Don’t want to drop money on this if there’s it’s update later in the year, I’d keep hold of the One X2 until…..

I’m having an issue when saving the edit from the app and transferring it to the studio software on your PC.
I understand and have managed to export the data, and it does show all the key frames which is great, however it does not transfer any speed changes you may have made in the app. Is this an issue or am I missing something?

The update is not on their site to transfer to the microsd via usb cord. Was there a bug & they took it down or are they a slow company?
