How to set up a bilingual or multilingual blog on Google Blogger?

1. Add labels to the posts to indicate the language.
2. Redirect the visitors to one of the languages
3. Add links (buttons) to allow language switching

Great video, but in my case, I have additional issues with the static pages and blog archive with multilanguage, so I tackle with creating the duplicate of the blog(en-myblog.com, ru-myblog.com) and link section do this blog.
