Yeah, the application is called river tuner ss and it is implemented into afterburner.

If you are not overclocking, just grab the overlay component. RivaTuner Statistics Server (RTSS). This is the real app name, not MSI Afterburner.

The Software on its own is called RTSS. You dont need to install MSI Afterburner or any other overclocking tool if you dont need it. It works just as well on its own and is literally the most useful piece of software for any gamer

RTSS rivatuner. This software is doing the overlay, afterburner gives the info to RTSS. RTSS can work with other programs like HWiNFO.
