Smoked Peach Cobbler!

Peach cobbler is already delicious, but it is taken up a notch when smoked! This can also be made gluten free. The Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 all purpose gluten free flour is perfect in this recipe. Just use the same amount of it as you would use of wheat flour.

Love your kitchen! The recipe looks great! Never thought about smoking it. Sounds great

- That was a nice cook right there.
- I knew you would get smoke in both the dough and peaches.
- You really have to watch wood choice and amount with dough.
- We have done Beef Wellington (Hastybake) with a filo type of dough...yikes go easy on the smoke or it over powers.
- Also have done a couple of pineapple upside down cakes (PK original) and they were awesome.
- I showed this to my wife and your peach cobbler is going on the menu tomorrow (weather permitting).
