Just tried one similar! Going to do yours next time! And I had the issue of stuck crust. Next time indirect heat! It was so good! Your video showed me more than meat! Thank you!!!!

Hey brother, enjoyed the video and I really appreciate your honestly at the end. A lot of people would have just hid that part, lol! I read through the comments to see if you had found a solution, and it seems the bottom crust didn't stick, it just overcooked and got hard. Did you cook over direct heat? I saw your comment where you said you don't use the bottom crust anymore also. My peeps like the bottom crust so I gotta figure that out, lol! I also wanted to know if you got any smoke flavor in the peach filling. Seems the top crust would block the smoke from reaching it. Nice recipe and good cook man.

The bottom crust stuck because when you took the knife and slit the top crust, you went all the way down, thereby causing the liquid to seep through and made the bottom crust to stick!!
