Differential geometry can be a very challenging subject for beginners. In this video, you will be learning the fundamental concepts of differential geometry. You will learn about angular excess of a spherical triangle and how it is measured with some simple examples. You will also learn about Girard's Theorem and what is called a geodesic triangle. I have also used some curved surfaces to explain spherical triangles, how they look like. You will also come to know the concept of intrinsic and extrinsic geometry. I have used simple figures, illustrations to explain the concept and making differential geometry come to you as more visual rather than complex mathematical equations.
