Absolutely fantastic! I installed Windows 11 on my new PC, and the time zone just won't change and I can't manually change it either. Tried tweaking BIOS setting, replacing mainboard battery etc, none had worked. And with your first method, the problem is instantly solved!

To think after endless dead end with click bait "solutions" on web searches and backwards microsoft forums prompting users to create new accounts or fresh installs, this was solved within the first 25 seconds of watching this with a simple right click... the new metro layer on top of the old windows control panel is so bad. Thank gosh this works on Windows 11 too. I was manually setting the time but that wasn't good enough for some websites and apps I actually needed to use for some reason.
