Went up to Indiana again for another Delaware/Henry test a few weeks ago.
I'm gonna be honest, this thing seemed even louder than it did last time we went. Dominic even claimed it topped the Thunderbolt on Jenny Lind road in Amelia as the loudest siren he's ever heard. I disagree, although that might be because I had hearing protection on.

Henry County, Indiana tests their sirens every Friday at 12PM

This siren is located at the Mooreland Volunteer Fire Department in Mooreland, Indiana.
Exact coordinates: 39.997180, -85.250496

I swear 8rpm and 3 minutes makes the test feel like forever.

That thing spins very fast and is louder than a thunderbolt 1000t. What rotator motor does it use and what chopper motor or blower motor does it use

Sadly this thing still hasn’t gone off for about little more than a month now. It’s been shut off last I remember for radio repairs but no word since
