So someone told me that this siren works now so I decided I could go to it. When 1:00 hit we heard tones come through the this thing roared to life in attack surprisingly. This thing rattled my body all over! I was also joined by a couple of friends. This siren is located alongside Marshall City Hall in the center of town.
