Can you help me! I used to manage a gmail account. I no longer do that BUT, it's still in my drop down list. But when I do as your videos says, it's not THERE in drop down list to click the red remove button. Only the 2 gmails I use are there! It's maddening... there are several old ones in the other drop down box that are old but cannot find a way to remove from the drop down. Been trying to figure this out for months. Went to google/gmail help and none of their directions work and they close the topic so I can't even reply to tell them it's not working!
