Hell Let Loose DX11 vs DX12 comparison

Testing done in a random empty server on map Carentan.

PC specs:
i7 8700K @ 4850 MHz
AsRock Z370 Taichi
G.Skill 16 GB (8x2) DDR4 @ 4266 MHz
EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC2
Windows 10 version 2004
NVIDIA driver version 451.67

So why the hell my FPS don’t change after I set DX12……

Seems to be a known bug that DX12 causes stuttering, especially when trying to ADS. Makes it unplayable for me.

Yeah been using this very easy mod for a couple weeks now. Some minor loading and stuttering issues but the much higher FPS is worth it.

Man, the low fps really turned me off a year ago when I started. Can't believe a simple API change fixed it. The devs should be embarrassed for letting performance suffer 30+% this long. I wondered why read dead 2 ran better than this game lol.

Sadly I don’t see any difference with my old graphic card gtx 1050ti. Dx 11=45 fps, Dx12=50 fps

Ive used this for a while and the difference really is night and day, 99% gpu usage with 2080 super on dx12 vs 40 to 45% on dx11.
Foy doesnt work like many others mentioned and i cant Alt/tab out of the game but i still take it over dx11.

My card can support Dx-12, but it stutters a lot more than DX-11. I think I am coming up against V-Ram limitations.
