Tim, this might be a simple question. To make a hole for a 30mm Pushbutton, do you know if a 29mm hole cutter will work? How about a 32mm hole cutter will it be too big?

What is your advice in drilling holes in completed enclosures, especially metal ones, to keep shaving from getting on/in the components?

You can use small bit of dishwashing liquid on the hole saw - it makes a smooth cut in any plastic.

Thank you so much for all your videos!! I am in the market to buy a new drill, as I’ve burnt two of my BnD cheap drills while drilling holes into the steel panel using the cone shaped bit! I am not going to ask which brand would you recommend. Instead, what specs and/or type of a drill would you recommend for such use? Thank you much one more time!!
