I scored in the 95th percentile on the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scales for Working Memory and in one of the Working Memory subtests in the 98th percentile (those scores are in the gifted range), yet this AON working memory test was ridiculous. Very unrealistic. I don't know what the hell that was measuring other than a robot.

I just took this test. The dots were extremely hard for me, but I did alright with the tasks that were in between each of the dot procedures.

I just took this test on a job application. It was awful. Extremely hard for me. I got so flustered and annoyed.

Don't take this test if you expect your company to be "inclusive". Personality and aptitude tests are the root of all that is wrong with large companies hiring policy.

I noticed that location of the dots changed from the one in beginning of the video. I went back and forth and even took photos on my phone. All the dots changed place! How can someone solve this when its not the same?
