nice weld and did you weld the back of that plate jw and long time on that pully and would of got new shafts do to the wear and the threads are smashed but nice job and have you ever thought of investing in a aqua sander or herd of it jw 😎😎

Once a part is broken it can not be restored!!! It has to be replaced with an exact factory original part from the same production year!

Non voglio insegnare niente a nessuno, ma solo dare un consiglio: con queste parti meccaniche, che sono state all'aperto per non si sa quanto tempo, non conviene tenerle in acqua 2, 3 o più giorni in modo da poterle lavare senza fare un polverone di terra secca?

I've never seen anybody try so hard to destroy something that they claim they wanted to restore!
You didn't try to clean it at all on the outside or soak the whole thing in penetrating cleaner or diesel. You didn't use a gear puller, you just started trying to break things apart instead of just dismantling!
You are using a steel rod instead of a brass rod. You should know a steel rod will damage the parts that you should be protecting. And the parts that you broke will never be restored!!! They have been forever altered!!!
That is probably not even the right type or color of paint for that restoration!!!
Sledgehammer and chisel for everything!!!
This guy is nothing more than a butcher!!!!
If I hired someone to do a restoration and this is what they did I would fire them and sue them for reckless and premeditated damage of historic artifacts!!!!
