FINALLY!! Someone who actually talked about the true differences between the various plastics (Stiffness, flexibility, grip, etc.), along with their equivalent in other brands. THANK YOU!!

Every disc golfer should watch this video just for the science experiment. That was fascinating

Automatic subscribe from a Simon fan looking to learn more about MVP. Can't wait to see you collab with him sometime over the next 10 years 😆

I used to play 3-4x a week back in the late 1990s but then stopped completely. Fast forward to a couple months ago and a brand new course opened up 1/2 mile from my house. I've been obsessed!!

My favorite discs are the Axiom and I have 6 or 7 of them already. Just trying out a few different ones for now. Great video!!!

Last year, I bought a Neutron Relay on a whim and I loved that disc so much that now I only throw MVP! It's my favorite disc ever and now I bag several. I'm excited to try MVP's other plastics--currently my lineup only includes Neutron, Fission and Proton. Thanks for the video from a fellow MVP fan!

Cheers to engineering! I'm a mechanical engineer.

I was drawn to the overmolds because of the science behind it but actually ended up switching away a couple years later because of my inability to impart the greater snap that the discs require compared to a single mold disc. I'm glad that you mentioned that part because I feel like these discs aren't necessarily for everyone. People with a very short acceleration period (better snap) on their throw will have the most success with them.

That being said, I think their drivers, being flat and enhanced by the gyro effects, are easily the best discs on the market for forehand throws because they are easy to grip and they fight off-axis torque really well.

I've got a Plasma Theory that's orange, but in the sunlight it shines like a copper plate. It's just gorgeous.

I am a marketing success story with MVP. I never thought to have tried the disc brand until James won worlds. The first one I bought was a proton axiom mayhem and I IMMEDIATELY fell in love with how the disc felt in my hand and the snap it had on release. Especially since I am forehand dominant off the tee. The Gyro technology really helps me dial in a shot and just feels so smooth almost like petting a puppy out of the hands. I don’t think I will use any other brands for drivers now. I’d try the other discs but my local disc golf store can’t keep envy’s in stock long enough. I wonder why that is lol

This has to be one of the more informative breakdowns of MVP plastics, that I have ever seen. Great video!!
I became a fan of MVP back in 2014. The Neutron Shock was my first signed ace, which 1st sparked my interest. I'm a collector as well.
