So should I only take one per day or two days. And how long to wait to feel the effect?

Am really constipated after a cervical epidural steroid injection shot a week ago. Have had one mini BM since. Incredibly bloated and in pain. Took 1 tablet 3 days in a row and nothing. Didn’t work when I took just one. Took 2 a few this afternoon and man, I’m basically glued to my toilet now. It’s about 10pm. So I guess it works but now I have worse stomach cramps. Don’t take if you have ANY obligation for the next 12+ hours, make it a day. Happy I won’t have to go to the ER tho or risk compartment syndrome

Most important thing is when you take it drink a lot of water. Before, during, and after. Trust me.

I have taken two tablets. It did not soften the stool, only gave me stomachache more often. The tablet does not help at all in a case of very hard stool.

What effective medicine cannreally help with bowel movement😅

I have that medicine that helps with my system but accidentally use two pills that my my lower abdominal very painful 😖 which I regret it 🤢.
