To be honest SM would never land a hit on a proper flash. Barry said that he can see events even less than an attosecond, and let's not forget that Flash can perform an infinity punch -- which is definitely strong enough to kill even a Kryptonian. The only problem is that Flash doesn't have the will to kill which makes Superman the victor, lest a different flash comes to be to do so.

It's perfectly ridiculous to have Flash beat Superman who is by far the most powerful being in the whole DC Universe ; Superman's insane physical strength, arguably the greatest in the Universe and certainly infinitely bigger than Flash' s, is good enough to crush Flash like a grape with one or two punches at the most which Flash would eventually can't dodge as the two are virtually equally fast; but even if Flash 's speed outpaces Supe's (which I for one will never accept) and so help him dodge some Supe's blows, Supe will certainly manage to land four of five blows in the vevry least which would be enough to flatten Flash whereas the latter's blows no matter how many, would have very little impact, if at all, on Superman since the invulnerability factor is also infinitely more in Superman's favour ; so whichever way you look at it, Superman is an outright winner here

Makes sense, i have not seen anyone accept the Flash run back or Forward in Time, each of his punches hitting Superman with just a fraction of that, would feel like being hit a 100 atomic bombs, in less then a 10th of a millisecond

I tested both the flash and superman's speed   using the jetpack mod with speedometer flash is faster than superman at max speed of 8000 where superman's max   speed is at 3000 almost reaching

Y’all don’t read comics - The Flash is way too fast for Sup, can react faster than an attosecond (look it up), can transfer kinetic energy and explode people, can take away kinetic energy from people, can become intangible and speed blitz, can perform 7 infinite mass punches per second, and can alter reality itself before you could blink.
Superman doesn’t stand a CHANCE against the Flash.
