Wearing the extrait to bed now and it smells soooo good! Last night I wore it to bed too and it lasted till the next day and the whole room smelt like it too. Very tempted to get the EDP to try now for daytime- the extrait is a close-to-skin scent and somehow I don’t think others can smell it.

I did a blind buy with the EDP and I sprayed it on myself (1 spray) and I thought I was losing my mind. I couldn't smell a thing. I thought I got played. A few days later a sprayed 3-4 sprays and waited. I finally was able to smell it. Thanks for mentioning this. Turns out, I'm not crazy :)

The woody musk dry down is what makes the extrait wearable to me. I’m also a big fan of jasmine.

The extrait does it for me. Got the 6.8 oz bottle and I don’t regret it one single bit. It’s been 4 months and my jacket still smells like it after just 2 sprays.

I own both and the edp is a compliment monster for me. No where near the extrait version. I wear extrait to bed actually.

I agree, I got samples and the extrait is too much. No matter how much I tried telling myself it’s so great I just can’t. The edp, like you say is more wearable. I don’t do many special occasions where the extrait would be worn. Edp is definitely a more easy going everyday fragrance.

Great comparison! I really went back and forth on both of these from the beginning. Initially the edp turned very woody (not in a good way) on me and I regretted not getting the extrait. Then one day it just started working for me. Now I love both.

I always say the EDP smells like a sugary pine tree for me. I think my nose really picks up on the fir resin and the saffron. I get no Jasmine from the EDP. I would like to try the extrait version but that’s definitely a splurge purchase.
