I Asked 500 People If Men Should Wear Baccarat Rouge 540

Should men wear Baccarat Rouge 540? I know, I know. It's traditionally seen as a women's fragrance, but hear me out.

I asked 500 people this very question, and the results weren't too surprising. The majority of people said that they believed men could and should wear it, but there were also a number of people who said that they didn't believe men should wear Baccarat Rouge 540.

Now, personally, I'm all for breaking down gender norms when it comes to fashion and beauty. If a fragrance smells good, who cares if it's marketed towards men or women? And let me tell you, Baccarat Rouge 540 smells amazing.

It's got this sweet, warm, and woody scent that just screams sophistication. It's the kind of fragrance that makes people take notice and ask, "What are you wearing?" And as a man, I don't see why I shouldn't be able to enjoy that too.

But I get it. Some people are stuck in their ways and think that fragrances should be strictly gendered. That's fine. But I think we're missing out on some amazing scents by limiting ourselves like that.

So, to answer the question of whether men should wear Baccarat Rouge 540, I say why not? If you like the scent, wear it proudly. And to those who still need convincing, I challenge you to give it a try. Who knows, you might just fall in love with it.

As a guy, my favorite fragrance is actually YSL, but my second is easily BR540. "Smells like $1, 000, 000" is easily the best description as you said.

Beautiful scent but not for me. And there's nothing wrong with wearing old fragrances. I still have a bottle from 50 years ago which hasn't lost much and I still wear it and don't smell like too many other people. Thanks again, it's great having you back.

I never knew this was for men, honestly. I love the 540 extrait perfume, and it smells great on me. It doesn't smell masculine to me.

Now that I have the extrait and the eau de perfume in my collection, I think the extrait is more masculine leaning however I'm going to wear both because I LOVE a good unisex fragrance & MFK BR540 IS A CLASSIC, PERIOD!

I went from gucci guilty to versace euros to dior savage(which is my favorite). I tried creed aventus & recently bought baccarat rouge extrait a few days ago. I love it. Gets stronger as the day goes & lasts all day. It expensive just like aventus, but will definitely be buying again.

That's a hard no for me. I did something out of character and bought 540 without smelling it and immediately gave it to my mom after I smelled it. She loves it and agree that it's a turn off to have men wear that cologne. I decided to survey 10 more women that I knew and they all agreed the smell is too fenimim for men. I haven't tried the extrait yet. It's all good because I still have my SAUVAGE/ Bleu de Chanel/ Dior Homme Intense and YSL Y which I 💙💙💙💯

I have both and still garner compliments whenever I wear it Fam. However, can men retire it just like Aventus, yes. All in all, both will forever stay in my collection.
