When I try to run John it says no password hashes loaded (see FAQ) any solutions?

hey i have an issue :
when i try to run the mysql_schemadump exploit it doesn't give me any output i set all the parameters and i relaunched the machine but its like once i hit run the metasploit just freezes and doesn't respond . any solutions .?
