Today, I want to show you 3 items that will help make things easier and they are:
How you can request changes to your policies
How you can request an ID card, Evidence of Insurance or a Certificate of Insurance
And, how you can file a claim
Click the ‘Client Self Service’ tab and it will direct you to the self service center. On this page you can select what type of policy change you need for either your personal policies or business policies. You can request ID cards, Evidence of Insurance, Certificates of insurance or any other policy changes such as adding or removing vehicles or drivers. Our team receives the request as soon as you submit it and an agent will complete your request and send you a confirmation, normally within a few business hours. If the request comes in over the weekend, it will be handled the following business day. You can also use this page to access the carrier information to file a claim. However, we do recommend that if our office is open, to please call us so that a licensed insurance agent can walk you through the process and advise you of your options. The last thing we want is for you to turn in a claim on your own insurance and then experience an increase that could have been avoided.
