These are such wonderful practices and recipes!!
As someone who is recovering from a restrictive eating disorder though, I wanna let people in the comments who have/are struggling with eating disorder thoughts/behaviours that fasting isn’t nessesary and please please please make sure to listen to your bodies hunger and remember your journey is so specific to you and that you are indeed deserving to be free from restrictiveness. Fasting can be a super dangerous thing for someone with an ed. But I think a fasting practice is more suitable for people who don’t have struggles with eds.
