How many shiny Pokemon can you catch if you hunted ALL day? Today in Pokemon Legends Arceus, I tested that challenge... except with a twist. I HAD to find shiny alpha Pokemon too - or else I lost it all.

Hey Noki, me again. I completed the region lock challenge and took me 24 hours over a 7 day period. These are the results:
OF: H. Qwilfish in 2 hours
CM: Psyduck in less than 1 minute.
CC: Drifloon in 6 hours
CH: Golbat in 10 hours
AI: H. Sneasel in 4 hours.
Note: I did this w/o shiny charm

I love how common shinies are in this game. Normally having shinies be super common just means they're less valuable... But honestly, I don't care. Its nice to be able to shiny hunt without feeling like you're going to sink hundreds of hours into a vain attempt. They're rare enough to feel special, but common enough to be accessible for more casual shiny hunters.

And no matter how "common" they get, hearing that shiny sound when a wild Pokemon spawns will always feel exhilarating.
