RTX 4090 and RYZEN 9 7950X water cooling build

Completing my PC upgrade with a custom water loop

Hi Everyone, I will eventually put up a video for new thermal performance.

Quick notes:
CPU - max temp still 95°C under load, however all core boost is staying at 5.2-5.4Ghz and my cinebench R23 Score increased by over 2000pts.
GPU - holds 57°C under full load with a 3.05Ghz core clock and 12Ghz on the memory, this is +200hz on core and +1550hz on the memory.

My radiator fan curves are set to silent, and are using the GPU to ramp the fans, the pump is set to full speed.

Very clean build! I Just finished mine up around Christmas, 4090 OC with a 7950x (soon to be x3D) with all EK parts throughout the loop!

All my stuff for this build sitting in the box since October waiting on ek to ship blocks lol. Bought 4 sticks of ddr5 so hopefully I can get them all running

Why did you take the board out when your case has a cpu mount access hole on the other side?

Noticed tiny difference that original thermal pads on GPU were not touching each other, is it to minimize short circuit risk?

What was the temperature improvement before and after the water cooling

It really sucks how you have to hold the block on the front then screw from the back. What a pain. The older designs were much better

I just can't see spending 600-900 for all the water stuff then another 250-300 for the 4090 block. Wish this wasn't so expensive since the 4090 broke the bank and is so expensive my every 6 years (3 gens) is now every 6 gens so 12 years.
