Since Bunny understands and uses "want" quite well and accurately (and had just used it before looking for the subject button), I think she's asking "Where are the rest of the buttons for this mat set?"

This is consistent with the context as well as Bunny's syntax for novel verbal assemblages.

As someone else noted, these are Otter's buttons, which aren't as numerous as Bunny's. It appears that after talking about "wanting scritches" with Mom, Bunny looks around for a button and notices there aren't as many in this mat set, so she asks, "Where more words?" Or, where are the additional buttons?
