I wonder why the don't fly lower and use different fuzes for these kind of operation.
It seems to be an abandoned BMP, right? Why not fly lower AND use a delay fuze on the granades that detonate the granade a few seconds after they impact on something.

Since the vehicle did not move, and no one got out, I would have to assume that this one has already been knocked out and/or abandoned. But it makes for nice video.

It's called slat armor, or an "up-armored BMP." We use the same countermeasures on our own military vehicles and always have. Leave politics out of it.

I'm an engineer by trade and a soldier in the Ordnance Corps and I don't make up cute names for the asinine behavior on TV, so please don't try to take the professionalism out of my career.
