saddest one for me was Conny (TPN) although she wasnt in the video (spoilers ahead if you didnt watch the anime)
just at 6 years old, she was token to a place where the others are forbidden to go. 2 of the characters noticed that she "left" her stuffed rabbit behind so they go take it to her before she "leaves". They went past the gate and saw a truck in which they thought was the truck taking Conny to her new family. When they lifted the tarp, they found something that scarred them for life... Conny covered in blood almost looking like a zombie. They heard someone was coming so they hid under the truck. Out came mother Isabelle with what appeared to be a demon. Then they saw something else that scarred them for life. The demon picked up Conny's corpse and started to eat her brain.

Nagachika Hideyoshi and Meliodas aren’t dead they both are alive Nagachika Hideyoshi survived when Kaneki ate him and in the end of the second season. He never really died. Meliodas never even died once in the series (I think because I watched SDS a long time ago)
