This tip helps me a lot, I just didn't put the earbuds in the casing after set the second one, instead to put then in the casing, I put them close and they pair! Thank very much!

It worked. Thank you. The right earbud wasn't connecting to Bluetooth but the left one was. Now both of them connect again.

Another thing that I found might work in conjunction with this video on an iPhone is to go to settings then accessibility then Audio/Visual, go down to Mono Audio and toggle the lever to on so that “Make the left and right speakers play the same content.” is in the active position. Helped me on my iPad but worked on everything else that I needed the headphones for other devices without adjusting any settings.
