In this series I try to give a lot of gekko tips and tricks in valorant. I try to reach ascendant by only playing with gekko. road to ascendantgekko only I guess :). It's a great idea to use dizzy over walls and onto site, just make sure it doesn't land on it

Another Gekko tip is to use your abilities to clear corners constantly as you can use wingman nearly 3 times every round.
Using Wingman and Dizzy at the same time is also good at gaining space as the enemy has to either shoot Wingman or Dizzy which allows for easy kills

a tip for the gekko ulti: if you don't find anyone during the first couple seconds, just come back with the ult to your body instead of sending it to a random corner. It will make it a lot easier to pick up and you get a free second chance instead of having to retreive it in a dangerous spot.

Hi, ur gekko to ascendant series is nice. I got alot of tips from u so thank you. My friend i would like to give u some tips which I noticed:
1. Wingman is good for plant and good for close range imagine like raze boom bot. U can use to clear corner. Dizzy is useful in long range and short range but it is better long range like clearing operators, etc.
2. Make sure u maximize the use ur abilities. Don't see ur utility as an ability but see it as ur buddies.😁 In the video I noticed that in most cases u use dizzy but u r not picking up. Refresh time for these ability is 10 secs so why waste it. In a round u can use 3 to 4 times dizzy and 2 or 3 times on wingman.
3. Make sure where u throw dizzy. Like i said on second point if u want to pick up ur abilities more u need to throw it and land on a safe place so that u can pick up. This is a skill all gekko mains need to do. Eg throwing vertically high u can pick it up again, or bouncing off wall, etc.
4. Try combining two ability. Like u throw wingman along with dizzy. If from an enemy POV there is wingman to stun u and dizzy to guu u and there is u. Like it is 3 on 1 assualt. 🤣 90% of time I know if an enemy is there I do this combo and i kill them. Also also try wingman and thrash or dizzy and thrash.
5. The ultimate thrash. U know if u left click ur thrash will jump far so if an enemy is really close and u ulted. U might not get them dentained so a tip is when u left click and when in mid air left click again ur thrash explodes in mid air.

I learned from another YouTuber, if you go in a custom match and choose viper, use her smokes, you can actually see on the minimap where it will land. So if you create a lineup with that, you can do the same with gekkos mosh pit and a couple other agents mollies

A tip that works for me. For some maps with open ceiling, you can throw your flash vertically into the sky when the round starts to detect enemies (ex: ascent, a site, stand in tree, throw your flash through the leaves and see if there are anyone pushing a main). You can then easily pick your flash up and use it again, no sweat.

A great Gekko ult tip for you Mr Lowlander: don't forget you can click a second time after you pounce with your fishy to activate him midair. This makes sure that you dont overshoot your ult

big tip with gekko ult: you can click twice to make thrash explode mid air so it doesn't miss, for example 9:40 if you double clicked the ult in this smoke brimstone would be stunned but you missed, hope it helps in the climb to ascendant :)
edit: simply when you click, thrash jumps and by clicking again you can explode it whenever you want, i think you made short about this but you never used it in this video, goodluck climbing to asc

i cool trick i know with gekko is using wingman and dizzy at the same time (on the teleporter for example) cause the enemies either get stuned or flashed since they cant shoot both

reusable abilities, wingman turning a 1v1 into a 2v1, detaining ultimate useable TWICE...
the only downside: randomly glitched dizzy spots that its not possible to collect from
