The aircraft flys on autopilot during lost of the flight, a short nap won't change anything, nonetheless they shouldn't have done that, don't be scared, when the autopilot disconnects so pilots proceed to land it creates a big sound capable of waking the pilots

They over flew their destination by over 100 miles while air traffic control tried to contact them and finally was able to wake them. Needless to say. They were late arriving at their destination.
