Easy Cheap Design Board DIY

Thinking of a new project? Not sure where to start? Check out Matt and Margo making this design wall. It's a perfect way to visualize layout and design.

Supplies:
- 3 yds Creative Grid 54" Cotton Grid fabric
- 8' x 4' foam insulation board (any major hardware store)
- Staple Gun w/ staples

Instructions:
- Layout 3 yards of Creative Grid 54" Cotton Grid fabric face down on flat surface.
- Place 8' x 4' foam insulation board on top of fabric blank side down (in order to avoid logos showing through).
- Align grid edge with edge of foam board.
- Pull the fabric tight against the foam board and put 2-3 staples each edge.
- Flip the board over and check that the grid pattern lays correctly, and make adjustments
- Flip the board back over and add additional staples around the perimeter to secure the fabric tightly to the foam board.
