Do You Have 1 of the 3 MOST COMMON Vitamin Deficiencies?

Dr. Janine discusses three of the most common vitamin deficiencies. The first one is Iron as thirty percent of the world’s population is deficient in iron. This is reliant on enough of the third vitamin she mentions in this short. The second most common vitamin deficiency is Vitamin B12. Dr. Janine says this is common with the lack of sunlight exposure and lots of stress as it depletes your B12. The last most common vitamin deficiency is Vitamin D. About thirty-five percent of adults in the United States (and other countries) are low in vitamin D. Vitamin D lowers a hormone called Hepcidin, which when it’s high lowers our iron absorption. Dr. Janine says these vitamins are all dependent on sunlight exposure and suggests getting more sunlight, on bare skin and taking whole-food supplements, always looking for ones made without any fillers or flow agents. Vitamin D deficiency causes many issues. I didn’t know why I was feeling the way I did until I got blood work. Thyroid is also an issue for me. I feel like all these deficiencies mimic the other so it’s hard to tell what’s causing what. Same with positive ANA results.

Retinol deficiency is the most common. Cortisol hormone manages retinol deficiency.
